Beef Stroganoff Tuesday, January 12th 6:30 pm $65
A classic Russian dish…thin slices of tender beef with onions, mushrooms in a sour cream sauce. This is served over some egg noodles for an outstanding dinner. This will become an instant family favorite.

Veal Piccata Tuesday, January 19th 6:30 pm $65
A classic Italian dish. Thinly pounded veal is dredged in flour and quickly sautéed. A pan sauce is made from pan drippings and fresh lemon juice. Served with some pasta and your friend and family will be saying “Grazie”.

Perfect Pork Roast Tuesday, January 26th 6:30 pm $65
Have you ever wondered how to prepare a stuffed pork roast? Come to this class and learn how to butterfly a pork loin roast, stuff it, and then roast it to perfection. Top with a flavorful pan sauce, serve with garlic mashed potatoes and you’re in for a treat. Dessert will be a pear cobbler topped with a cranberry streusel.

French Quarter Special Tuesday, February 9th 6:30 pm $65
The cuisine of New Orleans is one of my favorites. In this class, you will learn how to make chicken etouffee which is a classic cagin’ dish. You will also learn how to make a roux which is a must in cagin’ cuisine

Tilapia en Papillote Tuesday, February 16th 6:30 pm $65
Learn a fool-proof method of cooking fish. This class will show you how to make a one step meal that includes the fish, the vegetables, and the sauce. Add a rice pilaf and the presentation of the meal is truly outstanding.

An Evening in Spain - Paella & Tres Leche Tuesday, February 23rd 6:30 pm $65
What better way to ease the pain of tax day than learning how to make two traditional Spanish dishes. You will learn how to make seafood paella which includes chicken, calms, mussels, shrimp, chorizo, and rice. Follow that up with Tres Lechde, a marvelous cake that is saturated with a three milk cream. If you can’t make it to Spain this year, your family and guest can with this meal.
